This three-day course focuses on developing education design and facilitation skills and how to effectively integrate union education and organising, and build collective power for winning in the workplace and in campaigning.
The Educating to Organise workshop will unpack and practise workshop education and workplace development approaches, frameworks and techniques to enhance union recruitment and organising. It will benefit both new and experienced officials who have responsibility for delegate and member education.
