Background information and research on youth rates

Submissions to the  Minimum Wage [Abolition of Age Discrimination] Amendment Bill - the bill ending youth rates- closed in April 2006.  The bill is currently being considered by the Transport and Industrial Relations [1] select committee.  This section of the website has been retained with background information and policy resources for groups campaigning this year to end age discrimination against young workers
