Today’s announcement from the Green Party to boost manufacturing in New Zealand is supported by working people.
“Increasing and improving manufacturing in New Zealand is a specific way to create more quality jobs which is crucial,” CTU President, Richard Wagstaff said.
“It is especially pleasing that the Greens identify the need to ensure that increased manufacturing must be innovative and future orientated. Increased manufacturing must be sustainable and socially responsible,”
“Working people need a government which has a plan to create high quality, sustainable, good jobs. This announcement is part of the solution,” Wagstaff said.
